    o2 sensor for d16y4 EK

    Will this sensor be suitable for a d16y4?

    Looks right but count how many pins there are in your plug, the one in the picture is 3 which from memory is right. And also O2 Sensors are made by Denso just like the A/C Compressor and the Alternator so you should be alright.

    I don't think that one will fit mate. My d16y4 has only a 1-wire o2 sensor
    Check what your one looks like before you buy
    That being said, it could be just a generic photo that the sellers use and it does not represent the actual item

    I've just checked my EK and it has 4wires. Very strange!

    check NGK website, it shows a pic of the plug style amount of wires, wire lengths etc.

    Honda do not use 3 wire O2
