Im going to assume you are talking about the post facelift version, in which case....

Euro Sport front bar = standard euro front bumper + euro R lip.

You would've saved $$$ if you went to the wreckers and try to find a euro sport wreck.

Does that also apply to the prefacelift (2005) version? Or is jdmconcept my only option besides getting it used ?

Im guessing for the prefacelift you need to change the whole front bar coz euroR kit and facelift has the same front bar just different grill

So if I buy the prefacelift euro r kit, does that mean I don't need to change the front bar?

there was no prefacelift sport model

and from looking at pictures and diagrams the pre-facelift Euro-R lip bolts on over the pre-facelift bumper

For the prefacelift euro ie model year 2003 - 2005:

No need to change the front bar.

Buy the prefacelift euro r kit and directly install it.

The main thing you need to change/modify are the foglight housing to fit the front lip.

If you don't have foglights no worries but there will be 2 empty holes.

as for the facelift - the Accord Euro Sport (2006 onwards) has the same front bar/lip as the Euro-R with a slightly different grille
