Don't think that is a vacuum line if it is coming from top of rocker cover.. when you take it off, is there oil evident at that part of the intake??

If so then that is your pressure relief aka pcv ( positive crankcase ventilation ) and that sends the excessive pressure in block back into the intake so as to re-use it as per omissions.

Feel free to install a catch can but there is no point NOT running it so just install it back into intake

Their is one hose coming from Intake manifold and goes into the fuel rail .
Then their is another line that runs from air intake into the top left of the rocker cover.
    PM for parts!

Yeah the hose from the intake manifold that goes to fuel rail is to the 'fuel pressue regulator' so it will adjust fuel rail pressure based .. well basically based on throttle position.
