What isnt working for you? pan doesnt fit?

Yeah the pant isn't fitting even with a bit of cutting of the foam.

And on top of that the recliner mechanism is on the opposite side of the del sol

Also the recliner part doesn't sit flush with the top del sol part.

I'm using the recliner arm from the ed6

Most the time when you swap pan over to another seats it doesnt 100% fit.

Have you remove del sol recliner mechanism off the seat?
you'll need to use your ed recliner on the side of the del sol seat should be two bolts on the side.

After the seats are out, start breaking the seats down. You need to remove the covers over the brackets. Once you have that off, you need to remove the reclining handles and then start removing the brackets from the seats.

I suggest doing these one seat at a time, as to not get the sliders/rails confused with each other.
These are what you need to remove (these are from the Sol Seats):
This is what your stock ED seats should be left as (forgive the indention in it, they've been sitting in a box since I swapped them out):
And then put the ED rails/sliders onto the Del Sol seats. They bolt right up using all of the original hardware.
Once you have a seat/bracket assembly put back together go put it back into the car

I don't have the pan and recliner for the del sol, pretty much the cushion parts.

I had to swap around the left and right seat to get the original ed6 recliner bolted, but it doesn't bolt up properly.

The recliner mechanism of the ed6 is what's stopping me from getting everything lined up.

It's a very unusual design where it is activated by cable instead of a lever.

You dont need pan or recliner from the delsol.

That is strange do you have a photo of the bolt doesn't bolt up properly?

I'll take some photos of where I'm up to, once I get home later tonight.

heres what the pan looks like (passenger)

heres the reclining mechanism which is on the right hand side, instead of left like delsol

this is me trying to line up the recliner with the upper DRIVER portion

sorry that its hard to make out whats happening in the picture
see how it doesnt bolt up flat because of the lower part of the recliner hitting the bottom section of the seat.
