2001 DC2 Type R Integra parking light bulb size

Hey guys, I recently bought a H3 3k HID kit to brighten up my parking lights on my 2001 DC2R AUDM. When I tried installing the HID bulbs they didn't fit into the bulb twist holes. I ended up melting the plastic and had to purchase another fitting.

What size should I buy that will fit in the turning signal holsters.
For all who don't know, this is the light I am talking about.

Is there anyway to make it work with the HID's. I really like the colour of the 3k ones. Can't find LED's with the same colour and intensity

I never got the chance to drive with them installed, however you have brought up a solid valid point. Would you know where I could find a supplier of a decent set of super yellow LED's?

By modifying your standard lights, your car will become unroadworthy.

good luck with finding the lights you're after and modifying them to fit.

if you want yellow lights, easiest would be to get some yellow fog lights.
