    Unhappy Idle problem!

Hey guy my idle is playing up at cold start it idle around 1000rpm then as it heats up it doest go down it goes up more up to 3000rpm i have to turn off the engine for it to go down then it runs normal around 800 to 700 rpm and when its running as i slow down to the stop light it goes up again to 1500rpm have to be full stop for it to go back to 800rpm. Any idea what could be the problem? The engine is a jdm b18c.

Hers a list of what i have done so far...

    Clean tb
    Clean iacv
Spray tb cleaner in intake manifold gasket with no luck. ( for leaks )
    Check for vaccum leaks
    Loosen up the throttle cable

    Please help..

Maybe $45 for a used one, or a new inner gasket.

Expect to pay $200+ for the real deal.

How did you clean your current one?

It started when i took off the tb and clean it spray som tb cleaner on it and let it to dry for abit then i took out the iacv to and clean it as well with tb cleaner and let it dry i figure since i took out the tb minus well clean the iacv.

The reason i did that is because my idle is always sitting in 1000rpm i try adjusting the flat screw on top of the tb with no luck and think that the iacv is dirty so i took it off and clean it but before it was alright when im driving once i step on the clucth the rpm drops wer it sopose to be but now one i step on it it goes up to 1800rpm i have to be fully stop before it goes back to 1000rpm.

I tried bleeding it many times but still no luck.

    Please help...
