Change OEM 'jet style' washer to jet to OEM Jazz 'spray/mist style'

    NOTE:

This will work for ALL hondas with bonnet mounted windscreen washers! Not JUST ek's. This will fit your crx, this will fit your prelude, this will fit your integra (I'm not clear on DA9 and below integras though), your accord, even s2000s can benefit from this. all of them, just as long as the windscreen washers are situated on the bonnet, near the window.

My jets were blocked and cleaning my windows were becoming difficult as aiming the old ones were getting harder and harder, so I looked for an alternative and found the jazz washers were a good replacement,
    This is why:

    Tools and Parts Required:
Honda Jazz washer jets, Part Number: 76810-SEA-A01 OR 76810-S5D-A01 (thanks to grayfox for finding this one)
The first one is about ~$40 whereas the second one is ~$60. The difference is that the second one comes with a T joint like the original, and would make fitting and adjusting easier, otherwise they are identical. I would probably recommend the second one, because of the T joint, but I don't have a pair to test with, so take it with a grain of salt.
A flat head screwdriver or similar tool
    Time.

Cost: ~$40-$60, depending on exchange rates and where you buy it from.

    the difference between the washers

heres a quick vid of the normal washer jets from my phone
(note i was getting messages from facebook and so my phone recorded the vibration, make sure sound is a bit down it's a tad loud), as you can see not really the best, its pretty lacklustre

and here they are after being replaced

n.b. they dont 'pulse', i was just pulsing them for the video to show the range of the spray

they are infinitely better thats for sure. they take some time to adjust and get aimed right. they give a good pattern and good coverage and depending on how you want it, full stream hits roughly level with the rear view mirror.

not the sort of mod you'd do normally, or think of doing but its surprising how much something so small made a difference. definitely recommend this mod and for $40 isn't that bad.

the recommended replacement for the sprayers are actually the jazz sprayers

But I thnk they should be fine, might have to point them downwards (or up towards the rear view mirror)

    Yah

But can still work with preludes, just comes down to aiming, I still have to fix mine up cause after settling, it shoots almost at the roof line at full tilt, but it's still better than before

This is an awesome upgrade. Nice work.
Extra win if you come across a jazz at the wreckers and take it off for a 10 bucks or so.
