    So you normally are doing 96km/h from the GPS and OBD-II when the speedo reads 100km/h

    so you drive on 3rd from left lane, 4 lane highway. booze bus was behind you and gave you a fine for slowing down to 85 because they were tailgating you?

    couldnt they just change to right lane to overtake?

    fn this, bs fine imo..does it specifically say you have to stay in the left most lane? I doubt it. You stayed left of the right lane, thats good enough imo.. but they were probably looking for a target.

    You must keep in the furthermost left lane UNLESS every other lane is congested.

    i rkn bus shouldve taken right lane to overtake.
    they were trying to overtake without changing to the right lane.
