Distirbutor condition, what to replace? ? ?

for the past 2 months my engine been misfire at low rpm. idles ok but if I put gas between 1000-2500rpm sometimes it hesitates feels like about to die and then suddenly gets power and it revs up.



I've changed the plugs and leads and fuel filter recently and oil change and still do the same, now it does it at higher rpm too... 2500-3500 !!!



after doing tons of research I believe it's distributor. was gonna open it and clean up the dust and found THIS.

does it look BAD? need replacing? and what I need to replace? just the rotor, the cap? or the entire distributor ? ?

Common problem.
You can get away with replacing ICM. But I just replaced my entire dizzy
