'95 Odyssey water leak

With all the rain we just had, I discovered quite a lot of water in the bottom of the rear seat well (where the seat folds into). It has waterlogged the carpet at the front of the well.

Has anyone else had this problem and figured out where the water is getting in ?

I don't know if the water gets in from the rain directly or from driving on a wet road.
