Thanks so much guys and you 3k9, great help! and yes, pretty much I want to get the most out of my choice and best bang for buck :P haha

the Model info is great, would be awesome if it had pictures to go along with

ive had both, id go for a eg, can put dc2r parts, on the eks its harder to find ek9 parts plus more expensive I guess

    my two cents

    hey 3K9,

    sent you a pm.

Thats true ls, is that the only reason to pick a eg because of the dc2r parts? or were there other things?

i went an EG as its lighter (though i found one with ITR bits already)

Have both, the ek is way more reliable in comparison to the eg. Of course it's a b series v d series.
Fuel will depend on how you drive, both my cars use about the same 450-500 a tank.
You'll probably find part in more abundance with an eg, with being able to fit normal crappy eg stuff and dc2r shit lol.

Just keep in mind that a 'lighter' car, does not necessarily mean it's 'better'.
