Deleting old pictures

Hi Folks,

I have been trying to delete old pictures that I used in for sale threads without success.

Is there any special way that I need to go about this?

I go into Settings-Misc-Attachments, but it will not let me delete.

Can anybody help???

How did you post them up?

via image code?

iirc if via attachments, edit the post with your attachments, go into advanced then you should find options below the text box iirc.
