Cloudy Euro Headlights

Hi all. My 2004 Accord Euro headlight lenses seem to be going cloudy. I tried polish and something a friend used successfully on his headlights, but I can't get them to clean up. Could it be related to my H.I.D. globes?

Use any of the headlight restoration kits. It'll work wonders. Essentially it's just a wet sand and then a polish. Turns out great and well worth the money.
