    EK1 start up problem

Hi guys, I just put a d16y5 engine into my ek1, it's almost everything done apart from a problem. It started up for 1 or 2 second and turn off immediately. I've replaced new spark plugs, and fuel pressure seems fine as well, also the immobiliser has bypassed as well. Anyone meet this problem before and know any solutions?? Any help would be appreciated...
Btw, I got one plug and I am not sure where should it be located as well.. Could it be the problem? It's come from somewhere near around the timing belt and starter motor...
    Cheers

Is that necessary to plug in to get the car running?

I would have though the car would start without it and give you a code.
