swapping over my cluster and im not to sure where these 2 wires go any help would be much appreciated

It looks like someone cut the factory loom and added the two wires. Reason why, who knows, probably to charge their vibrator. If both wires they tapped into look the same just join them back together.
could possibly power and light switch source for external gauges. Have you tested both wires with light tester to obtain any power and switching capabilities? what was those brown wires soldered onto the oem wires? - prob check this first if you have the cluster wiring diagram.
