Jacking up a CX-5 using control arms??

I just wanted to clarify, being a Honda driver where jacking up an entire car is easy (trolley jack on front centre and rear jackpoint being the tow bar).
Having had a look at the underside of the wifes CX-5 theres quiet alot of plastic skid-plates for protection so i wonder how i can jack the car up and place jack stands?

I was thinking, if i wanted to put my jack stands on the pinch welds on the outer sides of the car (blue circles), is it possible to jack up the car's 4 corners from each wheels control arm? (the red circles).
Would i bend anything by doing this? i'd be using a block of wood in between just to even the load a little also.

Could i potentially bend something and affect wheel alignment?

Or if anyone has done it an easier way, please advise, would love to know =)

Anyone have a suggestion? Could just drive it up Ramps, but am very curious how to go about it if i was to use jack and stands.

Perhaps use it to identify areas on your car.

There is, but all it says is use the pinch welds. If I am putting the stands on the pinch weld then where do o Jack it up from?

OK I think ive figured it out where the centre front and rear jack spots are.

For the rear though it says to jack it up by the diff, can I just confirm with the pictures attached that im looking at the right part. Im 95% sure but just wanna be certain, I found the front point no problem, its just now the rear diff.

Is it the squarish looking thing in the centre of the image that's attached to the diff, im guessing they don't want us to jack the diff directly so adding the squarish thing as a jacking point?
