10w40 is fine for everyday use. And sparks are changed every 100k km. So unless you missed a change at 100k, there's no real benefit of changing at 160k.
True, but if they went foul, you would notice. Or at least should. If the car is running normally you wouldn't really worry about the sparks.
As for OP, you can go to SuperCheap, Repco, AutoBarn, Honda Dealer etc if you don't want to purchase from the US. Heck, you can even buy from Bosch if your not that fussy about branding.
How can you tell you have fouled a set of plugs? Not all plugs cause a missfire because they are fouled.
True, it would be hard to tell before it starts missfiring. But spark plugs usually foul when an engine burns too much oil, or is running too rich or sparks are too cold due to wrong sparks being used. So before being concerned about foul plugs, normally you'll be looking at other aspects of the car. And as far as I know, the only reason you don't want foul plugs are that they cause missfires. Or is there another reason?
Fouled plugs do not always give a misfire. They can give a weaker than normal spark, making the car feel like it lacks power.
If the OP has recently purchased the car and is not 100% confident in the service history, it never hurts to pull a plug out to check the condition. Inspecting plugs paint a much bigger picture about what the engine is doing that whether or not they are due for replacement.
