Play in ek suspension

Hi guys just wanting 2 find out what I should replace as I have a lot of play in
The suspension of my ek1 sedan it has king spring coils in it but it scrapes
On the smallest things so just wanting 2 no if I should get coilovers or replace
The bushers 2 stiffen up the suspension

what do you mean by play? as in the spring is loose or the suspension feel too soft?

if you have the original honda springs put them back in so no more scrapes

also the shocks probably stuffed now from using the lowered king springs.. so need new shocks I would guess

It is like the shocks as stuffed as when I drive it scrapes
And as I get of my drive way is scrapes every corner of the
car but in saying that the car is not that low .....


But in side the gards you can see how much flex it gets and I no it should
Not scrape as much as it dose


So I'm guessing start with coils and go from there

It's probably the shocks.

By scrapes do you mean the wheels scrape or the bottom of the car scrapes on the road?
