[DETAILING] BMW 135-M Protection & Detail

Another Hot Hatch to the detailing list, except this time BMW 135 M Sport.

The BMW 1 Series was booked in for;

■ Nanolex Paint Protection
■ Nanolex Glass Protection
■ Wheel Protection (face only)
■ Paint Correction

This 1+ year old BMW 135M had a fair amount of swirling for a white coloured car, which was quite noticeable as you can see below in the images. The black side pillars were also badly affected by swirls/and hazing – very common for BMW, VW, Audi etc!

The process;

Full decontamination process as per usual using Clay Magic Clay (Blue) + Dodo Juice Ferro Clay Lubricant (2 in 1 clay lubricant and deironiser!), followed correction with the RUPES LHR15, Festool RAP80 and DAS6 Pro for smaller areas with a combination of pads and Menzerna Polishes.

Wheels were cleaned with 1Z Colourtec to remove any traces of caked on brake dust, dirt and other debris in preparation for the Nanolex Ultra Rim Protection. Tyres dressed with

Arches cleaned with solution of 1Z Einszett W99 and Vikan Wheel & Arch Brushes

Interior dressed & cleaned with 1Z Einszett Cockpit Premium to leave the factory BMW matte finish.

And they said white hides imperfections..










Do yours look like these? If so, you definitely need to use a DA RO Polisher to remove and bring them back to their former glory.
