im pretty sure rhs fan is for rad, lhs is for ac condenser.
maybe try to let your car warm up from cold, and feel lower rad hose.
if it overheats and lower hose is still cold, then check your thermostat.

    *sigh

Didn't we dispel his in your other thread OP?

The drivers side fan is for the rad , the passenger side fan is for the ac radiator.

As mooch says IF the lower hose is cold that means the thermostat is not opening to let coolant flow. It's blocked or seized , replace it with a new one and properly burp your cooling system of all air bubbles.
Also try and use HONDA pre mixed coolant. It's the best stuff. You can use any other green pre mixed coolant though.

Just checked, it seems to be the opposite. The driver side fan is for the AC (turns ob only when AC is on) and the passenger side fan never spins

Both fans will always spin at the same time.

Radiator fan turns on when you switch a/c on.

Check wiring on passenger side fan (a/c)

Also, if your driver side fan (radiator) only turns on when you turn a/c on, could mean your fan switch isn't working. You need to test that too.

Fan swittch senses when coolant hot and tells fans to turn on
