    Back to stockish muffler

    Hi guys

I'm planning to remove my aftermarket muffler so I got a k&n filter in the stock box, hurricane headers and 2.5 system on a dc2 vtir

1 Can I just replace it with a ITR muffler and it'll be silent or cause of my system would it be loud so better use VTIR muffler instead
2 Would there be a problem after the swap on both stock muffler

    thanks

    You will lose power.

Guessing you have a b series?

Also does your current exhaust have resonators?

They maybe a good opt to look for if you wanna keep power.

Power lost will be very minimal, probs won't 'feel' it too much either.

Yes b18c7. Its a daily so I dont mind losing small amount of power as long its quite. Its not loud on the highways and on the streets its ok just want it close to stock sound without spending aot of cash

I would go the itr muffler in your case. Just shine the tip.

If you got money, descent shops wont charge too much for a resonator be installed. $100-$150+ depending on which resonator u choose.
