    tight r chassis anyday.
lol. If even a GSi chassis is well equipped with the parts, the difference will be nearly zero if driver is up to speed. It's not the ride, it's the rider.

do you own and drive both at the same time to have comparison?

I own a VTiR (Gay in your opinion). I've driven all three (Just lucky I guess)

My point here is that there are plenty of GSi, VTiR's, EK1's, etc (Or similar chassis, check out 101 CRX for example) that are decently modified out there that are effectively and efficiently kicking ass regardless of being a Type R. It's all in the driver which ever way you want to look at it.

Note 1 - I love my type R's. Note 2 - I am no track whore but I do love circuit racing. And Note 3 - No, I have nothing against you.

Sorry to Kenny for ruining your beloved 1st thread .

I don't think Vtir is gay, I DD a vtir myself.

I'm disputing your opinion that the difference is nearly zero.

I still enjoy my stock tight R more than modified vtir.

I have been brought up around B series powered cars thru my older brother and friends, so it was mainly curiosity that made me switch. The turbo was a lot of fun, but the K is completely different.

I didn't have a tune after I first fitted the 3in & new intake, so I can't tell you exactly how much peak power the E85 has given me, but I will have power figures up soon as I have a few things in store lined up.

Not really much more to say other than it was a standard B18C7 with a GT35R, 3in exhaust and 8psi. Nice and simple set up

Depending on how you mod the car the difference between a gsi/vtir/type r is either noticeable or it's not. It's all about the right mods for that chassis
