Malfunction light

Hi been a while. My 2008 ody luxury now has the malfunction light on. When the car warms up and I accelerate under load it has a big misfire. Been told it could be the coils. Anyone else experienced this. Thanks.

Quick update - the mechanic told me today that he ran some diagnostics and the error code came up as "Rocker Oil Pressure Sensor". I informed him the oil was a bit low as I checked it when the Malfunction Indicator light or CEL came on and that i topped it up. He thinks maybe the sensor detected the low oil and possibly when he resets everything all should be good. Anyone had this issue as the car has been fine since new besides Honda dealer telling me a bit of BS recently on another matter.
