    Over sized piston or standard?

Ok guys needa rebuild the sohc motor soon, so in desprete answers lol....

Ive read heaps on D-series an hondatech but figured to ask here as well u knw, since maybe.... one or two might knw the answers

    1. Standard bore is 75mm.... Machine shop will bore, hone n deck, do i go stock 75mm piston or over sized 75.5mm?

    2. Piston to wall clearance, has huge impact on how the engine will sound but perform under boost, do i go tighter clearance or looser or factory clearance (no need to machine the bore, just clean and hone it) ?

    cheers guys

Go with 75.5mm pistons, and used to recommended P2W clearance for the pistons.
