Follow the workshop manual first and check the wiring, but most likely the door actuator has died. It's a common fault. The DC5 manual can be found at hondahookup.com but here's the relevant excerpt:
Remove the door trim, and unplug the actuator and then apply 12v briefly across the terminals as the manual describes. If nothing happens then it's broke.
^^ +1..Been there and done that. Actuator fault 9 times out of 10. Can be easy done DIY and actuators are around $12-15 for AM off eBay. Have a look for part number as I can't remember off top of my head. Caution: They (actuators) are different according to the side they are on. Drivers is diff to passenger.
