Hey team just a suggestion for properly doing the gearbox fluid on a B series -
Do it thru the speed sensor hole. Easy !
Take off rubber vent plug
Drain old fluid - do up the lower plug again.
Grab 2.5 litres of honda or other MTF
Take off 17mm fill bolt on side of diff
Take out VSS and place a pan or take away container under the fill hole.
Place a decent sized hose / tube into the VSS - then lower car to static height / on flat surface. (either put the wheel back on and drop or on decent jack lower it down so the car sits as standard height)
Now , fill the gearbox thru the VSS - put around 2.5 litres thru it until fluid leaks out the standard fill hole on the side of the diff housing.
Once it stops leaking / dripping - this is the perfect amount. Put the 17mm bolt back in , put the VSS back in put everything back on and away you go.
