BC Racing V1 coils installation on a 4G

My mate whose an apprentice mechanic offered to do it for cheap but we couldn't get around to it mainly due to the fact that the front springs had 2 extra bolts that were not needed, making the top of the coil have 5 bolts when the car only fits 3. There is a diagram included in the instructions that says those two extra bolts "slip out downwards" but we've WD40'ed it and hammered it with a mallet and hammer but it refuses to come out. It didn't even bend the bolts.

Planning on taking it to be professionally done at a suspension/steering shop, but if I could get those two out, it would save me quite a bit of money. If not Heasmann Steering quoted me 440 + 100 for wheel balancing. Does anyone know anywhere that might be cheaper and/or 'better'?

you can either drill holes where those extra bolts are , or properly by pressing them out.
