Question EG Head Unit and Cigarette Lighter Problem

So I did the DIY bulb replacement for the climate control on my EG and it worked out fine. BUT after I reconnected my head unit and cigarette lighter, neither of them are working. I double checked that i had all the plugs connected and it was fine. All the fuses are fine aswell. What could have gone wrong ?
