vti-r accelerator pedal

Hey guys,

My vti-r accelerator pedal sits very high in my car (higher than brake pedal) and was wondering if swapping the whole pedal arm to a type r arm would lower the position of the pedal and eliminate this issue as it's very awkward and hard to heel-toe when at the track and would just be beneficiary all round.
