o2 heater code on while running Hondata

Hey guys I've looked around but can't really find the right information.
    Anyways.

I've got an ek1 with a b18cr with a dc2r/d16y4 harness made by ecu man. After the swap the car was running fine no engine light on at all.

Now I've upgraded to a p30 ecu with Hondata and a jumper harness from ob2 to obd1. After pluging it in it started to throw o2 heater code and ive now disabled it, just the fuel consumption is really bad and if I turn on the o2 sensor the car idles like shit.

Any ideas guys? Lazy o2 sensor? Or wiring issue within the jump harness?

    Thanks

Its either your conversion harness or ECU.
