    Honda CVT Longevity

    Hi all,

Just wondering if honda CVT is good or bad in term of their longevity. I have read many different opinions on the net. Some are really bad. Some are good. Mostly are bad one especially when comes to accord, jazz and odyssey.

    Tell me your opinion.

    Thanks

they are fine so long as they are serviced with the correct fluids.
As with all honda boxes when you use the wrong fluid they act up.
    The CVT even more so.
Just make sure you use OEM Honda CVT fluid.
my sister-in-laws Jazz. One ower. @ 70k km and new CVT box under warranty. Always serviced on time, but the dealership used normal honda auto fluid.
New box now i use the proper CVT oil and its runs great. Now at 120k

One thing i learnt. Even the dealerships are crappy with their servicing
