Help eg4 b18cr swap vtec not working!

hey guy i got eg4 with jdm b18cr swap vtec is not working!!! (old engine is D15b7 injectors)

Stock B18CR with running P30/ Neptune ECU chipped by: ECU-MAN
mods on engine: Skunk 2 intake monifold with stock CTR 62mm TB
    - Spoon spark plug leads
    - Skunk 2 fuel rails
    - PLM Header
    - Customs 2.5" catback
    - Samco air intake

    now throwing Code 6 20 and 23

I have run the three (four including ground) myself.
    - VTEC Pressure Switch (red/white)- to D6
    - VTEC Pressure Switch (GRN/BLK)- to ground
    - VTEC Solenoid (GRN/YLE)- to A4
    - Knock Sensor (RED/BLUE)- to D3

Currently, a rev limiter is kicking in a 6200rpm and lose power all the way to 4000rmp or let's the car rolling on N and than back up agian, and VTEC is not working.

    Can anyone verify what wrong?
    1) Will the three missing wires / incorrectly wired sensors, cause the ECU to limit the rev to 6200?
    2) I thought a B18C revved til 8200, obviously if the wires are wrong VTEC won't work....

code 6 is ECT and will stop you access VTEC

code 20 is ELD and can be ignored or disabled in the ROM since your ECU is socketed.

code 23 is KS, you must have wired it incorrectly

in short no ECT no VTEC.

If the VTEC isn't connected/operating. It will set the limiter to roughly, if not exactly where vtec would usually kick in.
Just so you know for future if anyone asks.
