There has been some interest in the stereo i have just installed in my dc5r. The stereo is a Universal Avin USA model running Android 2.3.4 (not the newest OS but stable). It differs from many of the ones available on ebay as many do not support the OBD software. I have added the bezel, wifi usb dongle, sdhc cards, and OBDlink MX (has a sleep option to save your battery and quick data rate)
Software added
Torque full app - great for customizing the obd readouts
power amp - very fast music player especially with large libraries
tomtom - uses the built in gps works well
advanced brightness - auto set the brightness of the screen based on time
The Torque app with OBDlink MX refreshes each sensor 2-3x a second, the refresh rate is dependant on how many sensor you have on the screen. The torque theme is my first attempt at doing a layout and needs some refinement.
