(Cu2) MY 13 - When and what ?

Hi All.
Newbie to the forum here. I am on the hunt for a Black 2012 Accord Euro. I notice some I am looking at on CarSales are being called MY12 and some MY13. However the build dates on the compliance plates appear very similar ??
So my question is .....When was the MY13 first built? I assume it is going to be all vehicles built from xxxx month 2012 onwards.
Is there any difference physically between MY12 and 13 as I haven't been able to differentiate between the two.

They are identical,but the MY13 s are more than likely built after mid year 2012...great cars.

my one MY14 but i brought in MAY13 ..... a bit confuse hah?

Mine was a MY13 bought in '12 cant complain...
In the end its CU2 facelift.
