Ebay isnt giving me much luck on sourcing a new/used one so can one please point me in the direction of an establishment that will help and ball park prices if anyone knows???

have you tried to clean your IACV with subaru upper engine cleaner? This will solve the issue 99% of the time.

If it doesnt then pickup a 2nd hand one. Theyre all practically the same from B/D series. Just make sure the bolt spacing is the same as theres 2 different types.
