DC2 vtir sputtering on low revs

Dc2 Vtir 1994 sputtering on low revs, sounds like its miss firing.

Am I right to say the ICM and distributor cap are the problem?
Where's the best place to buy these? Honda?

    Thanks.

Okay, so replaced the rotor and coil and still missfires at low revs.
Compression was good 210 all round.
Cylinder 4 spark plug was fouled (other 3 looked normal)

    Anymore suggestions?

Change your spark plugs and check the spark plug leads, they may need replacing.

Another thing it could be is the throttle body.

Replaced ignition coil, leads, dizzy cap and problem fixed.

Not sure why o2 sensor would cause 1 cylinder to miss fire?

Low revs sputtering sounds like o2 sensor, thats the conclusion i came to
At WOT the ecu takes info from the MAP
At slight throttle it takes info from o2
That's the way i interpret it

At least you got it sorted

Don't mean to hijack, but.... Mines been doing the same thing on my type r. If I'm granny-img and only light on the throttle it will bog down and die as though I'm running on low fuel. Once I open up to WOT, it runs perfect again. I've replaced the spark plugs, checked the cap and rotor, I'll try changing over my dizzy internals to oem tomorrow.
    Ideas??

Update: Now on WOT the engine sounds completely different almost like a subaru but no lack in power.

    Should I be worried?

You may have left a vacuum hose off somewhere. Check them all carefully. This can cause a chuffing noise. Otherwise a loose exh manifold bolt or loose / poorly seated spark plug could cause it.

You were spot on about the vac lines. Found the vac line that controls the butterfly in intake broken.

Not to mention it was a so damn hard to pull that out from under the manifold. I'm gonna superglue it and see how it goes.
