Where the hell do you find rails?

So, trying to find a driver rail for my sr3's (which I'm pretty sure are fakes, but). I can't find rails anywhere. Or, I can... But they are like $700...
Semi universal ones from like pci and bc are all side mount, and the recaros appear to be bottom mount.
Is there like a brand name universal kinda one I can get that won't be terrible? Or a good place to get ek9's from, etc?

EK9 rails will set you back about $280-$350; but if your sr3 is fake, it wont fit lol... unless it has the same rail bolt mount locations as the genuine seats.

That's the underside. It's fake. Unsure if the bolts are the same. It seems like a decent copy. But eh.

What options would i have? Can't find much in the aftermarket side of things. Just bodge one up with the stock ek rails?

Drill holes in your stock rails. Real recaros have 6 mounting holes.

Yeah? They'd line up more or less?

Also, being fakes, what are the downsides to running them? Anythings to look out for that could cause issues? Aside from the whole seat

I've taken apart a recaro style seat before (should be the same type as yours i'm assuming, the base was the same) just be aware the weld quality is extremely sloppy all around, could be potentially dangerous in an accident

Was thinking of using one on the 1g.. but thinking i may as well get real sr3s and not be dodgy. Might see if i can sell these on then, and make a profit. Put the money towards the swap fund

The holes in your seats look pretty close to the real thing. Might be lucky if it fits EK9 rails.

I have some EK9 rails that I might be selling. Pm me if you are interested

Foam in the fakes wont last, reclining mechanism is no where near as good either. I'd say sell them while they still look new
