Manual Vti stuttering jerking on acceleration.

    Hi
Car is a 2006 Manual VTI with 160,000k on the clock. Recently the car exhibits the following symptoms: Jerking/hesitating under acceleration. This happens mainly when going uphill, and/or with the air con on, and/or with 4 people in the car. The car also feels underpowered with a flatspot in acceleration at the low end.

I have no engine warning lights or error codes, and idle is perfect.

Does anyone have suggestions as to how I can narrow the problem to the fuel system, or the coils or plugs, or other possible causes.

    Thanks

get an OBDII adaptor and see if all the readings from the sensors are normal looking

    Have you examined the plugs?

Do you have a full tank of fuel?

    This has been solved.

    Igintion coils.

Wrap em electrical tape till you can replace.
    Repco sells em cheap.

    All credits to other kunts.

I think they are shit, cos this spark plug change the 3rd coil looked really pink. Done under 125 km.
