Theres abit of nonsense going on around the manual gearbox oil. Which too pick.

Ofcourse the MTF safest bet - It will come the correct thickness and wut not, as its Honda product for Honda product.

    In my personal experince.

All you gota do is buy the correct oil, the vercosity and make sure a type that wont dmg the syncros or the LSD.

I have been using penrite recently, My gearbox is old and some bearings are getting worn due to age and me fingering it when I feels.

Keep in mind that MTF @ dealer cost nearly as much as some premium stuff avaliable of the shelf.

The transmission takes 2.2-2.3L refill. There, answered.

Or the correct answer is...... keep on filling until she wont take anymore.

Super Imma shank ya. I just went along wit the conversation. I thought people knew gearbox you keep on filling her till she didn't anymore, unless it has a dip stick.

MTF is safest bet for newbies. Trust... nekminute someone buys syncro eating oil for their honda box.

As recommended to OP. Might be safe as going with MTF to be fair i think it was Motul that is basically similar if not the same application aswell DC2R Gbox oil level is 2.4L IIRC or so but when doing a flush you never know if the old owner had more or less i there so better safe then sorry!
