honda accord euro 05 model whining/ whistling noise

I've had this car for about 1 year and a half and this whining and whistles noise appeared about 6 months ago very low and now it has gotten louder. It gets louder as I accelerate and it gets very loud when I start the car in the morning on a cold start. I have been to hanny's performance and got treated very bad so if anyone is able to tell me of any honda specialists in Sydney or anyone who is a mechanic and perhaps wants to help please let me know as I will come to you and pay you whatever the cost is. Here is the sound: http://youtu.be/OvLKAqZF8Yk

GET A LONG SCREWDRIVER & put the flat end or Philips head of the driver on the parts that you think might be noisy. The other end to your ear & listen. For a start I would put the driver on the alternator & any moving parts but be careful not to danger your hands or LIFE. If the sound is really loud where u stick the driver that is it. Get it fixed.

That looks like a pollution pump & I don't think it is a expensive fix . Could be the bearing. Take it to 2 Mechanic's & they will get you a quote to fix it..
