When I put the wipers on the slowest setting it'll click as if indicating every time it moves, but if I move it to the next speed it doesn't make any noise. Any ideas?
It's a normal thing, it's the relay clicking (mine does the same)

Wrap the relay in sound deadner

Dont use relays or fuses for that matter. Wire up wipers directly to battery. Honda design flaw. Try do a complete relay delete on your car. Will save heaps of weight.
