What started as JDM Style Tuning’s monthly community gathering has turned into a monthly cultural phenomenon. Growing quickly into something that was overwhelming to organisers and authorities alike, it was time for some proper organisation and a set venue and thus the EOMM (End Of Month Meet) event was born.
Hosted the last Thursday of each month in the parking area of Sydney Dragway, the meet is in a controlled and private venue allowing car owners to mingle, hang out and inspect each other’s rides without any hassle of being moved on.
This month’s meet is going ahead as per usual with the addition of a very exciting new format. Sydney Dragway and EOMM organisers have collaborated on an idea that is sure to be a hit for entrants and competitors alike. With the implementation of a ‘Drag Battle’ at the EOMM, this will allow both experienced and inexperienced drag racers to take their street cars down the quarter-mile. With the ethos of ‘keeping it off the streets’, what better event to promote legal off-street racing than EOMM?
As a show of support for the event and the community, Motul are offering prize packs for the winners of the following drag categories on the night:
- FWD TURBO
- RWD TURBO over 2L
- RWD N/A under 2L
The prize pack includes 1x 5L bottle of Motul Sport in either 5W40 or 5W50 and 1x Motulcap!
