2010 odyssey radio deck removal/install

Hi all;
i was hoping someone can give me a hint or two on how to remove the stereo deck.
i got myself a 7" motorized dvd entertainment unit to install but i looked at the setup and just dont know where to start with pulling the dash out to get the old unit out, i dont want to damage and scratch the dashboard.

on another note, what are good set of rims ( accord euro 17"?) that i can get for it?

Here is a pic of current setup. Would anyone know if I ok to try and access from the top of the dash? It looks as if it should come of but I'm afraid I'll brake something
