In my crx when i bought it it has super low springs
Where bit too low for me but ok for looks

I now rock coilovers bit harder ride but feels 10 times better

You should probably decide the lowest point you want your ride height to be and then have a look around to see what's on offer and at what price. No point in getting springs that have the capability to drop to 2 inches below the lowest point you'd need to go if you'd never lower it that much.
