    KTuner - 07 CL9

Quickie, will a KTuner work with 2007 CL9 ECU? or is a 07 TSX ECU required?

    Cheers,

I'm pretty sure they are using the 05-06 Integra ECU's

    No. You're probably thinking kpro

Ktuner does not use a honda accord euro ecu (matsushita/panasonic made, 512kb internal memory)

Ktuner does not use a 07 to 08 Acura tsx ecu (Kelhin made, canbus enabled, 2mb internal memory)

Ktuner uses a 7th gen wide body accord or 2nd gen crv Ecu. (Kelhin made, No canbus, 1mb internal memory)

Ktuner works without a TSX ECU. BUT!!! You lose your functions. No VSA and no Cruise Control

and instead you're using a CRV/widebody accord ecu. still a new replacement ecu, and then you chip it with the ktuner chip

So if you buy KTuner you are supplied a modified ECU with their chip on it?

Are there any other oprtions without getting a TSX ECU?

I am not too fussed about CC & VSA.

For a bit more extra you get both ecu and the chip I think.

As to other options... if you are looking at custom *dyno tuning* it's pretty much btween flash pro and ktuner.

A third method is you get a ktuner compatible ecu. Go to a ktuner dealer. The put their chip in, put in the tune then take the chip off.

But that way you don't have any Control over the tune yourself

Cant get a custom tune with stock ecu. You can look into Haltech?
Not much out there in terms of ecus for Cl9s. Theres another solution, Theres a guy in Melbourne that Reflashes stock ECU's.
A LOT of people have done it and have never read a bad review for It/Him.

Im actually doing mine this Satuday. A guy took me for a drive in his Euro that has this flash and it pulls so much harder.
    Im really excited about it.

    http://"https://sites.google.com/sit...reflash/faq-s"

From the stock map, the reflash changes:
    Ignition timing
    Fuel map
VTEC switch over point (lowered to 4.6-5k rpm depending on throttle)
    Cam advance
Throttle/Drive by wire mapping (no more lag)
    Redline (increased to 7600RPM)
