I anyone know if fd2 type r brakes will clear 17s?

Hi guys

Anyone know if type r fd2 BREMBO brakes will clear the factory 17 inch sport wheels by any chance?

Seems unlikely... Factory wheels rarely have enough caliper clearance.

I doubt it.

The factory FD2 rims are 18inchs with massive offset.

Thanks guys assumed so really appreciate the help. I was looking at the euro wheels but they dont seem to have the right offset.

The standard 17s on my civic are 17 by 17 with 45 offset

The fd2 type r runs 18 by 7.5 60 offset for reference

The Euro wheels I want to run are 18 by 8 55 offset
