    Disconnecting Towbar

    Hey
i recently bought a 94 GSi and it comes with a towbar and the towbar light connecting thing.
i was wondering could i remove the towbar myself easily.
There is also this little black box thing that is next to the number plate. i think it is to provide the tailight signals for the thing im towing.
it is connected by a big black wire. can i just cut it and mask it up with electrical tape?

    thanks..
sorry if my explanation was really sloppy.

Yea you can remove it, the big black wire is infactjust an other casing containing 7 wires. Just follow where each of them originates from and restore origional circuitry.
Tow bar come off with a few bolts, at no point should you install penis in fan. Also do not jack from the towbar while removing towbar
Mate my bbk cost more than your Honda.

Lel sorry mates, acctually I picked up an EG5 ages ago and it had a tow bar on it but the harness had 5 wires only.. Was strange then i remembered what I was looking at a towbar on an EG Hatch, really hooking up a small trailor would exceed the towing limit I'm sure..
    Making a WTB 1'x1' trailor
