Hi All,
I/we are the owners of a 99 CXI EK1 hatch. It was purchased new January 2000 and it has since clocked up 124000 km. It is absolutely stock with the exception of a few small aftermarket items, wiper blades and an oil filter. Still running the stock brake pads and shoes. Internally and mechanically it is great although the exterior is another story, the paint, Starlight black is totally stuffed on the roof, bonnet and on the tops of the front and rear bumper bars.
I have loitered around the site on and off over the last few years sucking up some valuable info as I have resumed doing the maintenance on it myself. The Honda service history stopped pre 100K, but I had the timing belt done a little early. Although I now find myself being here often so it is time to say G'Day.
And I still love this "scabby" looking car - lol (It is crying out for paint.)
