Can you please describe the noise and when is it noisy?
Sometimes changing the oil helps. Either genuine Honda or Penrite HPSO.
Is the belt OK and aligned properly?

I think there was an issue with a hose O ring seal...probably high pressure hose.

    Hey mate.
    I had the same problem.
Replaced the P/S Pump myself. (3/5 difficulty) if you have the special tool to take the tension off the belt it makes it much easier. Try to use penrite oil (i know it's expensive) but it'll save you having to replace it again in a years time. ALSO the o-ring on the high pressure hose will be ORANGE in colour if it needs replacing. I bought my pump off rockauto.com.
