How do I fix clutch pedal squeak?

Hi my FD1 civic is making a clutch pedal squeak noise and so is my transmission (clutch fork and pivot ball) but lets leave out the transmission squeak for now since I can't hear it inside the cabin while driving. I'm having the typical clutch pedal squeak and I have tried spraying using WD-40 to white lithium grease and it only fixes temporary. How can I fix this bloody squeak and how did most of you guys do it? Do I need to change the master cylinder? Thank you guys

This is the noise I'm having and no this isn't my video either.

Graphite grease but grease in that hole in the tranny, can just reach it to clean and grease and the other spot where I said in previous thread under the boot. Also check pedal, may need some on the areas touching there.

    I'm out.Early morn' Vtec calls
